Shayne Fitz-Coy is Co-founder and Co-CEO of Sabot Family Companies, where he leads operating oversight and leadership development. He is an operator-investor who buys companies and builds people.
He and Arar Han founded Sabot in 2016. Arar leads seller conversations, while Shayne works with the people responsible for running and improving the businesses.
Operating experience

Fitz-Coy’s investment with Arar Han in ResponseLink began in 2013, before Sabot was founded, and ended in 2025. In his Entrepreneur account, Fitz-Coy reports $45 million in cash generated by the medical-alert business.
